Act No. 23 of 2006 Certified 16 Aug 2006 Amends the 1998 Act

Amends the principal Act — it re-constitutes the Board of Directors (five appointed and eight ex-officio Directors), lets the Director-General attend and speak at Board meetings, introduces Licensing Officers (ss. 14A & 14B), and requires annual reports (s. 32A).
